Mula Patisserie has always been a local favorite, and to keep up with the constant demand, they have recently completed a full expansion and revamp. The new chapter of Mula brings even more seating and a refreshed menu to explore. Despite the larger space, the draw remains just as strong, if not stronger.
It is a testament to their consistency that even with a bigger footprint, the community continues to show up in full force.

Warmer Tones and Welcoming Spaces
A Fresh Chapter: The All-New Mula Patisserie
The redesign introduces a much warmer interior palette, creating an environment that feels cozy and inviting from the moment you step in. The layout is more open, making it a great spot for a brunch or an afternoon break.
Because it remains one of the most popular spots in Batam Centre, do be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours, usually around 15 minutes and parking in the Greenland area can be a little tricky when it's full.

Brunch Cravings
Mula’s expansion makes it an even better destination for people who's looking a fresh new spot. It’s a space that has managed to grow without losing the quality and charm that made people fall in love with it in the first place.
Best For: Weekend brunches, cafe hopping, and extra free time.
The Bread & Dessert
Salt Bread Plain: A classic done right. Crispy on the outside with a slight chew, while the inside remains buttery, salty, and soft.
Salt Bread Furikake: A savory twist with bold seaweed flavors. It’s quite rich and "umami-forward," making it a great pick for those who enjoy stronger profiles. Though some may find this to be too heavy on salt.
Thai Tea Basque Cheesecake: A lighter take on the trend. The center is creamy while the outer layer stays dense, finished with a subtle Thai tea note.

A Spot Whenever You Have the Extra Time
Creamy Mushroom & Egg Toast: Served on crispy yet soft buttery toast, this is topped with a rich mushroom mix and a hint of sesame dressing.
Classic Mushroom Pasta: A comforting, creamy pasta with mild mushroom notes and a bold garlic finish. Perfect for garlic lovers.
